SubliTWILL logos, name plates and numbers were created in order to provide a quick and easy way to get full color custom printing at a fraction of the time and cost of other products.

Whether for a jacket, jersey, or a team bag, Junkyard Athletic can deliver SubliTWILL product (full color, dye-sublimated product on our proprietary fabric) with no set-up charges!  In fact, if you provide your artwork in our print ready vector format, you'll avoid any artwork charges as well!

All SubliTWILL products are created by using dye-sublimation techology.  Dye-sublimation takes solid particles, changes them into gas, bonds them with polymers that are present, and then converts them back into a solid, all using heat and pressure.  The result is a full color print that is permanently impregnated into our special fabric.

Unlike screen printing or heat transfers, SubliTWILL won't crack, fade or peel, thus providing you with the same vibrant colors on day 500 as you had on day one!  To ensure the hightest quality possible, all SubliTWILL products are printed on site, under our direct control!

Because the dye-sublimation process allows for full color digital printing, including gradients and fades without the setup costs and limitations associated with screen printing, we encourage our clients to use as many colors as they like; be creative!  The cost between doing one color (1) and eight (8) colors is nearly the same, therefore, we believe in a "one price fits all" theory.  All SubliTWILL products are priced based on size, not how many colors you have.

Additionally, all SubliTWILL custom products are backed with a permanent adhesive, so putting logos, numbers, name plates, etc. onto a jacket, jersey, or bag has never been easier!  Using a commercial heat press, set the heat to 345 degrees and 15 seconds, at medium pressure (Hotronix pressure setting 6).  If you want to sew the logo down, you can easily do that with a manual sewing machine, or, we can create a sew disk where you can use an embroidery machine to do the sewing for you!

Most times, we need five (5) business days for production of your SubliTWILL product(s).  If you are in a hurry, we can offer a RUSH service which cost a bit more, but, you'll have your product shipping within 72 hours.

So there you have it...full color custom products, no setup fees, lightning fast turnaround and shipping.  Best of all...NO HASSLE!  What else could you ask for?
